 Therefore, unless your item has a significant defect, we do not offer refund services.

If your product qualifies for a refund, please allow approximately 10-14 days for us to process your request. Kindly note that all items must be returned to us in unused condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging to facilitate the processing of exchanges or refunds.
